Her dishes are mainly about Greek tradition and the incredible local products. On her menus you will find traditional recipes with her personal touch, a touch formed by childhood memories in Northern Greece, island experiences, ongoing research and experimentation and a lot of love for the beautiful ingredients of the land where she grew up.
She promises to share her knowledge and her passion for the traditional recipes of her country with you. She can also recommend the perfectbottle of fine local wine to compliment your meal and will do her best to make your stay on Kefalonia unforgettable!

COOKING CLASS - MENU

♦ Kefalonian almond cake and rice pudding with roasted almonds
√ We are making together a delicious almond cake that Kefalonian monks used to make, soaked in rich syrup, full of aromas and flavor.
√ A classic Greek rice pudding with vanilla bean and roasted almonds.
√ An easy dessert with fluffy and creamy texture.

♦ Greek appetizers
√ Riganada, an easy but really fresh, light and tasteful appetizer with organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and oregano
√ Zucchini fritters and tomato fritters, with bold flavor, crunchy texture outside, fluffy inside along with a light Greek yogurt sauce flavored with fresh lemons
√ Tzatziki, the famous Greek appetizer, unique and flavorful with fresh and smooth taste

♦ Kefalonian meat pie and tzatziki
√ Kefalonian meat pie, a traditional comfort food which the people of the island use to make with three types of meat and a thick homemade pastry dough

♦ Pastitsio with lamb meat and riganada
√ A famous Greek dish with a very significant difference. In Kefalonia they used to make it with lamb or goat meat instead of beef minced meat
