Next to the Monastery you will visit the Robola Winery and gain insight into the production methods of the famous and rare Robola wine made of a local selection of grapes, which comes in red, white and sweet Muscat. Leaving the winery we will head towards the Drogarati cave that was discovered 300 years ago and opened to the public in 1963.Passing Sami, where Captain Corelli's Mandolin was filmed, we will end up at the Melissani Lake, an underground lake fed by subterranean channels with water running from the opposite side of the island. From there, a small boat rowed by master oarsmen will take you to a tour over the lake. Leaving Melissani we will head to AgiaEfimia Village, a quiet little fishing village situated on the east-coast of Kefalonia Island.
