Cash payment on the day of the tour is also available, but kindly notify us via email up to 24 hours before the tour for this choice in order to ensure a smooth check-in process on the day of the excursion.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
