Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the experience's start time
Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days before the experience’s start time are non-refundable
A full refund will be provided if your cruise ship does not dock at the port due to cancellation or any other reason by the cruise line

The private tour is operated with a Mercedes Benz-Vito, an English-speaking driver and a licensed English-speaking guide
Port pick-up / drop-off and Entrance fees are included
Highlights include: Guided visit to the ancient city of Ephesus - House of the Virgin Mary - Basilica of St. John - Photo stop at the Temple of Artemis - Traditional Turkish Weaving School.
When visiting the site, all participants must have a valid form of ID (photo of the passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID). Please bring this with you on the tour

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please look for our representative holding a sign with your name, at the Kusadasi Cruise Terminal.
Our representative will be there 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. Kindly arrive promptly to avoid delays.
