To secure your reservation, a full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
In the event that the arrival of customers, who are arriving on a cruise ship, is canceled due to any reason (such as unforeseen circumstances, itinerary changes by the cruise line, or other factors), a full refund will be issued.

The tour lasts 3 hours, with a moderate walking pace. If you have any concerns about the duration or pace, please inform us in advance

Zante Town has charming but sometimes uneven streets. Let us know if anyone in your group has mobility concerns
