• Room rates are per room, per night and include V.A.T. and local tax.

• To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of reservation.

• Balance Payment is due 7 days before check-in.

  • American Express: A surcharge of 3% per transaction will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.

• 30% charge for cancellation between 30 - 7 days prior to arrival.

• 100% non-refundable within 7 days of arrival.

Damage & Incidentals:

• You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

• Additional Request: Quiet hours between 1:00am to 7:00am
