PAYMENT INFO:
- Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
- To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date
- We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer.
- Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee. For American Express, an extra fee of 3% per transaction will be applied
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the experience's start time
- Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time are non-refundable
- A full refund will be provided if your cruise ship does not dock at the port due to cancellation or any other reason by the cruise line
KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
- This tour involves moderate cycling through hilly terrain and dirt roads. A basic level of fitness is recommended as some parts may be challenging
- Participants must be at least 16 years old to join the eBike tour
- Bring a small backpack, Windbreaker or light jacket, Sunglasses, Seasonal-appropriate clothing, Comfortable hiking shoes
MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

- We kindly request to be at the designated pick up or meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
