To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. Cash payment is acceptable only for the balance payment
For those who prefer to pay their balance in cash on the day of the tour, kindly notify us via email 48 hours before the scheduled date of your tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
In the event that the arrival of customers, who are arriving on a cruise ship, is canceled due to any reason (such as unforeseen circumstances, itinerary changes by the cruise line, or other factors), a full refund will be issued.

Vessels at Lake Melissani are 12-man rowboats with rower. Passengers may experience crowds while boarding the boats during the high Season of July & August
Visitors to Drogarati Cave must negotiate approximately 150 steep steps carved out of cave rock.
Recommended Dress:Smart, Casual, Comfortable footwear.Those wishing to enter the monastery must dress conservatively
