CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
In the event that the arrival of customers, who are arriving on a cruise ship, is canceled due to any reason (such as unforeseen circumstances, itinerary changes by the cruise line, or other factors), a full refund will be issued.
