CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
In the event that the arrival of customers, who are arriving on a cruise ship, is canceled due to any reason (such as unforeseen circumstances, itinerary changes by the cruise line, or other factors), a full refund will be issued.

Our representative will be available 30 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time. We kindly request that you arrive promptly to avoid any delays.
Please provide your Nationality and the date of birth for each participant. This helps us ensure age-appropriate arrangements and activities during the tour
As part of the visit to the Olympia site, participants are required to have a valid form of identification with them. This could include a passport, driver's license, or any government-issued ID. Please make sure to carry this documentation on the day of the tour.
