To secure your reservation, a full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer
Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee. For American Express, an extra fee of 3% per transaction will be applied.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the experience's start time
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
A full refund will be provided if your cruise ship does not dock at the port due to cancellation or any other reason by the cruise line

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:

This tour is suitable for all ages. However, please note that the walking portions of the tour may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility and children
Pickup and drop-off are included from Katakolon Port
The tour is outdoors, so please dress accordingly for the weather conditions. A hat and sunscreen are recommended during the warmer monthlease provide the date of birth for each participant.

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please look for our representative holding an Avalon Travel sign with your name at Katakolon Port
Our representative will be there 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. Kindly arrive promptly to avoid delays.
