To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the tour date.
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer
Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee. .
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the experience's start time
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time are non-refundable
A full refund will be provided if your cruise ship does not dock at the port due to cancellation or any other reason by the cruise line

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:

Participants must be of legal drinking age (18+) to participate in the wine-tasting session
Wear light, breathable fabrics to stay cool, especially during warm weather. Opt for comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on uneven surfaces

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please look for our representative holding an Avalon Travel sign with your name at Katakolon Port
Our representative will be there 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. Kindly arrive promptly to avoid delays.
