Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer
Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee.
If you opt for bank transfer, please ensure to provide proof of payment.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48ours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
A full refund of your booking will be applied if your cruise line cancels its arrival at Volos port.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:

This experience takes place outdoors on uneven, natural terrain such as soil paths, grass, and small slopes.
Advisable to wear comfortable, seasonal clothing and comfortable walking shoes
Not wheelchair accessible
Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Upon debarkation, please look for the local representatives at the Volos Cruise Terminal, holding signs AVALON TRAVEL
We kindly request to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
