Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The tour is available with an English-speaking guide
The area around the thermal springs includes steps and occasionally slippery surfaces. Guests with limited mobility may require assistance.
Comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, and a towel are recommended. Towels can also be rented on-site at Loutra Pozar for 2.00 EUR
Thermal bath participation is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, heart issues, high blood pressure, fever, infections). Please consult your doctor if unsure.
Edessa Waterfalls, some pathways include slight inclines and uneven surfaces, and surfaces may be damp from waterfall mist.

Some areas of the outdoor archaeological site feature uneven terrain, gravel, and mild inclines. Comfortable, supportive walking shoes are strongly recommended.
Please provide the nationality and date of birth for each participant to ensure age-appropriate arrangements
When visiting the site, all participants must have a valid form of ID (photo of the passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID). Please bring this with you on the tour

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please look for our representative holding a sign Avalon Travel, at the Thessaloniki Cruise Terminal.
Our representative will be there 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. Kindly arrive promptly to avoid delays.
