To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer
Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee.
If you opt for bank transfer, please ensure to provide proof of payment.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48ours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:

Walking is light, mainly on flat surfaces such as village paths and waterfront areas. Some areas may have uneven ground or steps, particularly near the beach and village promenade.
The tour includes free time by the sea for relaxation, walking, or enjoying a coffee or light meal at a seaside taverna (meals not included)
Comfortable clothing, walking shoes, sun protection, and a hat are recommended. Towels and swimwear are recommended if guests plan to swim.

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Upon debarkation, please look for the local representatives at the Volos Cruise Terminal, holding signs AVALON TRAVEL
We kindly request to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
