Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
To secure your reservation, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer
Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted without any additional fee.
We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
In the event that the arrival of customers, who are arriving on a cruise ship, is canceled due to any reason (such as unforeseen circumstances, itinerary changes by the cruise line, or other factors), a full refund will be issued.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:

The tour includes a visit to the archaeological site of Ancient Nemea Archaeological Site and a wine tasting experience at a local winery in the Nemea region.
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, and water are recommended, especially during the warmer months.
Participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol during the wine tasting.
Please advise of any food allergies in advance.

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

For Cruise Passengers: Upon disembarkation, please look for our local representatives at Nafplio Port, holding signs with AVALON TRAVEL. We kindly request that you arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
For Guests Staying in Nafplio: If you are staying in Nafplio, please advise us of your hotel name so we can arrange your pickup location.
