CANCELLATIONS & CRUISE-FRIENDLY REFUND POLICY

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable, except as provided below.
Full refund if your ship skips the port, cancels its cruise, arrives too late for the excursion, or changes its arrival date and rescheduling is not possible.

NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOK:

English-speaking licensed guide is available. German-speaking guide is available for AIDA Cruises
Not wheelchair accessible. Moderate walking on uneven surfaces and steps is required.
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes, water, hat and sunscreen.
Nationality and date of birth are required for each guest
If your ship anchors offshore, arrange an early tender departure with your cruise line in advance, where available. Independent excursions do not automatically qualify for priority tender access.
Tour departures can only be delayed briefly. Late tender disembarkation is non-refundable under our policy when the ship arrives on schedule, even if delays are caused by the cruise line.

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Meet our representative holding an AVALON TRAVEL sign at the designated meeting point at Katakolon Port.
Our representative will be available 30 minutes before departure. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour departure.
