The archaeological site features uneven ground, gravel paths, and steps. Moderate walking is required, and comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.

1. Cruise-Friendly Refund Policy

A full refund is provided if:

• Delayed Ship Arrival: Your cruise ship arrives late, preventing you from joining the scheduled excursion.

• Itinerary Change: Your ship changes its arrival date and rescheduling is not possible.

• Port Cancellation: Your ship skips the port or your cruise is cancelled.

• Timely Cancellation: You cancel before the cancellation deadline stated on your booking confirmation.

Please inform Avalon Travel promptly of any cruise itinerary changes. Official confirmation may be required.

2. Important Tender Disembarkation Policy

If your ship anchors offshore, please arrange an early tender departure with your cruise line in advance, preferably the day before arrival, where available.

Independent shore excursions do not automatically qualify for priority tender access.

• Arrive at the Avalon Travel meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.

• Tours follow fixed schedules, and only a short waiting period may be possible.

• Notify us immediately if you anticipate disembarkation delays.

IMPORTANT: If your ship arrives on schedule but you miss the excursion due to tender queues, delayed disembarkation or late tender allocation, no refund will be provided under this policy, even when the delay is caused by the cruise line.

3. Guaranteed On-Time Return

Avalon Travel guarantees your return to the designated cruise port embarkation area before your ship's scheduled all-aboard time, provided you follow the agreed itinerary and your guide's instructions.

The guarantee does not apply if guests independently modify the itinerary, miss meeting times or cause delays through their own actions.

Tender operations and final ship boarding remain under the cruise line's control.

4. Booking & Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellation deadlines are stated on your booking confirmation.

• Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, except where our Cruise-Friendly Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

• Guests must provide accurate cruise details and follow confirmed meeting and departure instructions.

• Any changes to excursion arrangements require confirmation from Avalon Travel.
