- To secure your reservation, a full payment is required at the time of the booking
- We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer
- If you opt for bank transfer, please ensure to provide proof of payment.
- We will promptly send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your reservation, providing detailed information about the tour time and meeting instructions for your upcoming excursion.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 48hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 48ours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted
KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
- The tour involves walking over uneven surfaces. There may be steps, inclines, cobblestone surfaces, and extended periods of standing. Participants with physical limitations should take this into account
- Advisable to wear comfortable, seasonal clothing and comfortable walking shoes
- Not wheelchair accessible
MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Upon debarkation, please look for the local representatives at the Volos Cruise Terminal, holding signs AVALON TRAVEL
- We kindly request to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
