Euphoria Retreat is a stunning single storey stone built house westerly facing, located north of Kefalonia just walking distance into the traditional village of Maganos and a short drive from Fiscardo. Private gated parking to the front of the property. Once through the main door you are greeted by a stylish contemporary designed open plan living space, beautifully created with luxury and comfort in mind. The house comprises of 2 double en-suite bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom with separate bathroom.

LIVING AREA: The stylish living area incorporates ample seating, flat screen T.V, DVD player, audio system and Wii console. WIFI internet connection throughout the house. Direct access to the pool and terrace is via 2 double patio doors.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA: The stylish modern fully equipped kitchen is set to one side boasting an airy feel with the high beamed ceiling as a focal point. The kitchen has everything that you will need to create culinary delights. It comprises of electric oven & hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster & coffee machine

The interior dining area is completed with a handmade dining table. Subtle lighting enhances the transition from dusk to evening stimulating your senses to relax, reflect and absorb the magic of Kefalonia.

2 DOUBLE EN SUITE BEDROOMS: There are 2 king sized double en-suite bedrooms elegantly finished – simple and stylish. The master bedroom is enhanced with a balcony with un-interrupted westerly views over to the Lixouri Peninsular and direct access to the pool area. Each bedroom has been uniquely & distinctly accessorised.

TWIN BEDROOM: The twin bedroom is also finished to the same specifications with its own shower room. All bedrooms are completed with fitted wardrobes and include hairdryers.

Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

POOL AREA: The tiled outside area is home to some breath-taking sea views boasting a large heated infinity pool giving you the sense of the sparkling Ionian waters just a touch away. Sun loungers are positioned around the pool with an additional 2 relaxation areas, with 1 that is shaded should you require a break from the midday sun. There is also an alfresco dining area. Why not indulge yourself and laze in the heated Jacuzzi set to one side of pool area. Pool towels are also provided.

Surrounding the villa is a raised garden with fruit trees and vegetables that have been planted by the owner for the villa guests to consume – taste the freshness and difference.
