Villa Saphire & Aquamarine are located on the Paliki Peninsular of the island. These 2 identical 3 storey houses are set in the Kounopetra area set just back from the water’s edge and a small local marina and bathed in natural beauty – distinctive only to this location. They offer complete serenity and relaxation. The houses are nestled in well established and well maintained grounds. The houses share the large on-site swimming pool and BBQ facilities while supported by individual private Al Fresco shaded dining space.

LAYOUT

Private access leads directly in to the large open planned living area with the high vaulted wooden ceiling and earthy tones perfectly creates a welcoming, warm and relaxed feeling. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances (oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher). The living area has double aspect patio doors with views out to sea and the gardens. The internal staircase leads down to the middle floor where you will find the large master en-suite bedroom with private balcony. There is also a twin single bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. Follow the staircase down to the lower floor and you will find a further open planned living space with an equipped kitchen, another twin single bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are finished in light cooling natural shades.
