DESCRIPTION

Villa Petri is located in the south of Kefalonia in the beautiful un-spoilt village of Trapezaki. This house is positioned on the slopping lush green hillside surrounded by olive groves, palm & pine trees. The 1 storey villa sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin single bedroom. The bright spacious interiors perfectly balance a mix of modern & bygone Kefalonia while providing all current day technology & appliances to ensure you have a relaxing vacation. Venture outside to the 2 split level terraces, the lower with a private pool and sun loungers and the upper terrace for the BBQ and outdoor dining area – excellent for family Al Fresco dining during the warm Kefalonian summer evenings.

LIVING AREA
Entry to the property is located to the rear. Once through the main door you enter into the bright spacious open planned kitchen, dining and living area with 3 aspect patio doors leading out to a shaded balcony with an external dining table looking out to the sparkling turquoise Ionian Sea. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a music system and seating for 6 people.

KITCHEN
This large fully equipped modern kitchen has everything that you would come to expect of a holiday rental home. It has an electric oven & hob with an overhead extractor, microwave, integrated fridge –freezer and dishwasher, fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensil – ideal for making a family meal. There is an internal dining table with seating for 6 people with double patio doors leading to the preferred external dining option.

BEDROOMS
Leading off from the living space will bring you to the 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are finished in cooling pastel tones with ample of built-in wardrobes. 1 double bedroom has a private balcony while the twin single shares a large balcony with the 2^nd double bedroom boasting sea & pool views. Air conditioning is provided throughout the whole property.

BATHROOMS
The house has 2 bathroom options – a full bathroom with bath and a shower over the bath. This bathroom also houses the washing machine. The other bathroom has a shower cabinet.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Walk onto the lower local stone & tiled terrace - where you find the sea facing pool with 6 sun loungers & external shower. Privacy is created by the well established foliage encompassing both terraced areas. The upper covered terrace houses another outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities. The outside area has subtle lighting excellent for the transition from one of the many inspiring sunsets to an evening of family entertainment.
