Begin your adventure with private transportation from the Argostoli Cruise Terminal to the picturesque Sami area.

Our first stop is the Karavomylos Lake, where you’ll uncover the fascinating geological mystery of water traveling from the island’s sinkholes back to the sea.

From there, we’ll enjoy a scenic walk to the Zervati Cave-Lake, following a beautiful, short path that offers a stunning blend of natural cave formations and shimmering waters.

Next, we head to the historic Old Vlachata Village, where our main walking tour begins. Following an old dirt road that once connected the villages of Vlachata, Latavinata, and Livathinata, we’ll journey through olive groves and forests, soaking in the area’s serene beauty.
As we walk, you’ll encounter the ruins of old houses, churches, and squares, experiencing a glimpse of life before the devastating 1953 earthquake. The breathtaking views of the Sami Valley and Ithaca add to the charm of this timeless place.

Returning to our bus, we’ll take a short 10-minute drive to visit the most impressive cave-lakes of Kefalonia’s Geopark: Agioi Theodoroi and Agia Eleousa. 

The tour concludes with a scenic drive through Poulata Village, offering incredible views and surprise stops planned by your guide. Finally, we’ll end in the heart of Sami Village, where you can visit the Archaeological Museum or simply enjoy the local atmosphere.
